Account Information

• Name, email address, encrypted password
• Account preferences and login metadata (IP, device type, browser, timestamps)

Billing & Subscription Data

• Payment details processed via Stripe (we never store card information)
• Plan type, billing cycle, invoices, and subscription history

Project & Upload Data

• Uploaded ZIP files (HTML, CSS, JS, media assets) for conversion
• Temporary AI processing data (non-persistent)
• Conversion logs (.prz runtime events) stored only for debugging or user support

Technical Metadata

• Browser type, operating system, language, and usage analytics
• Used to improve performance, security, and stability of the platform

Communication Data

• Support messages, feedback, and email interactions
• Stored securely and deleted once resolved

Your information is used strictly for service functionality and improvement:

• Service Operation: To convert, process, and manage your projects
• Payment Processing: To activate and maintain subscriptions via Stripe
• Account Management: To provide support and notify you about updates
• Analytics & Optimization: To enhance performance and usability
• Fraud Prevention: To detect abuse and ensure platform integrity

All processing is based on Art. 6 (1) (b) (contract) and Art. 6 (1) (f) (legitimate interest) GDPR.

• End-to-end encryption (SSL/TLS) for all data transfers
• Data stored on EU-based servers (Germany)
• Files isolated within secure runtime containers during conversion
• No project or upload is ever used for AI training or third-party profiling

We continuously monitor for vulnerabilities and apply best-practice security updates.

We only share data with trusted, GDPR-compliant processors:

All partners are bound by Data Processing Agreements (DPAs) under Art. 28 GDPR and Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) for non-EU transfers.

• Deletion: Request erasure ("Right to be forgotten")

Parzero uses minimal, essential cookies:

• Uploaded project files are automatically deleted 30 days after conversion
• Backups are retained for up to 90 days and encrypted at rest
• Billing and transaction data are stored for 10 years (legal obligation, § 147 AO Germany)
• You may request account deletion anytime — all data is permanently removed within 7 days
