By accessing or using Parzero's services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations.
If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you may not use our services.
We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time.
Continued use of Parzero after changes have been published constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
To access Parzero's features, you must create an account. You agree to provide accurate and complete information during registration and keep it up to date at all times.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. All activities under your account are your responsibility. Parzero will never request your password via email or chat.
You must be at least 18 years old or have legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under applicable law. Use of Parzero by automated systems or bots without authorization is strictly prohibited.
Parzero reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate our Terms, misuse system resources, or engage in fraudulent or abusive behavior. In such cases, access to points, projects, or subscriptions may be revoked without refund if misuse is confirmed.
All paid Parzero services — including subscriptions and point packages — are processed securely via Stripe. When you subscribe, you authorize Parzero to charge your selected payment method for recurring fees according to your plan's billing cycle (monthly or annual). You will always see the total amount before confirming payment.
Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period unless cancelled beforehand. Monthly plan users are charged every month on their signup date. Annual subscribers are billed once per year. Renewal notifications may be sent before your next payment is processed.
Each Parzero conversion requires 100 points. Points are credited at the start of each billing cycle (for subscriptions) or immediately upon purchase (for point packages). Points have no monetary value and cannot be transferred, refunded, or converted into cash.
You may cancel your subscription at any time from your Dashboard > Subscription page. Your plan remains active until the end of the current billing period, and all remaining points stay in your account indefinitely. Cancellations take effect immediately after confirmation — no fees, no penalties.
Refunds are handled in accordance with EU digital-service regulations. Since Parzero provides instant, automated digital conversions, refunds are generally not available once a conversion has started. Exceptions may apply in case of accidental double payment or confirmed technical fault on Parzero's side.
If a payment fails, Parzero provides a 7-day grace period to update your payment method. During this time, your subscription remains active. If payment cannot be completed within the grace period, the subscription is paused automatically. All accumulated points remain safely stored in your account.
Parzero is designed to help users convert and manage digital templates efficiently. You agree to use the platform only for lawful purposes and in compliance with all applicable regulations. You must not upload or process any content that:
Parzero supports only approved file formats (HTML, CSS, JS, PNG, JPG, SVG, etc.). You may not upload archives that exceed system limits or contain executable files (.exe, .php outside templates, etc.). Repeated uploads of unsupported or corrupted files may result in temporary account suspension.
To ensure stability for all users, Parzero enforces a fair usage policy. Abuse of system resources — such as excessive simultaneous uploads, automated conversions, or attempts to reverse-engineer the service — may result in throttling or account restriction. Parzero reserves the right to limit or pause conversions that exceed reasonable usage thresholds.
All conversions are created using Parzero's proprietary AI systems. While we strive for accuracy and compatibility, minor adjustments may be required by the user. Generated output is provided "as is" and should be tested before deployment in live environments.
We may update, modify, or temporarily suspend parts of the Parzero service for maintenance, security, or feature upgrades. We will make reasonable efforts to notify users in advance of planned downtime. Parzero shall not be held liable for temporary interruptions or updates that improve the overall performance of the platform.
All intellectual property rights in the Parzero platform, including its AI engine, runtime logic, interface, design elements, and documentation, are owned and operated by Goto Market under the Parzero brand. You acknowledge that by using Parzero, you gain a license to use, not ownership of, the platform or its technology.
You retain full ownership of all templates, designs, and materials you upload to Parzero. By uploading, you grant Parzero a limited, non-exclusive license to process your files solely for the purpose of performing conversions and improving service quality. Your content is never shared, resold, or reused beyond your initiated actions.
All converted results (WordPress themes, modules, or .prz logic files) belong fully to you — the creator. Parzero does not claim any rights over generated output or its derivative works. You may use, sell, distribute, or modify your converted projects without restriction.
The Parzero name, logo, design system, and .prz mark are registered trademarks of Goto Market. You may not use them in ways that imply affiliation, endorsement, or ownership without prior written consent.
Any third-party tools, plugins, or APIs used in connection with Parzero (e.g., Stripe, WordPress, Webflow) remain the property of their respective owners. Their usage is subject to their individual terms and licenses, which you agree to when activating integrations.
Parzero and all related services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We make no guarantees regarding uninterrupted availability, error-free performance, or compatibility with all third-party systems. While we strive for maximum reliability, occasional downtime or technical interruptions may occur.
Parzero provides no express or implied warranties, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. All results produced by Parzero's AI are based on automated processing of your input files and may require user review and adjustment.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Goto Market and Parzero shall not be held liable for:

Parzero relies on cloud infrastructure and third-party APIs (e.g., Stripe, Vercel, WordPress). We are not responsible for downtime, failures, or disruptions caused by these external providers.
We implement industry-standard security practices (encryption, access control, and automated deletion) to protect your data. However, no online system is completely secure, and by using Parzero you acknowledge and accept this inherent risk.
You may cancel your Parzero account at any time from your dashboard under Settings > Account > Delete Account. Once confirmed, the deletion is permanent and irreversible. All associated data, projects, and points will be permanently removed from our systems. We encourage you to download all necessary data before closing your account.
Parzero reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that:
We will always make reasonable efforts to notify you before termination unless immediate action is required to protect users or the system.
In cases of payment failure, suspicious activity, or technical investigation, Parzero may temporarily suspend access to your account or conversions. Once the issue is resolved, your access will be restored without data loss.
Upon termination (by you or by Parzero):
Parzero does not store deleted user data beyond this retention period.
We may retain minimal billing or transactional records for legal, accounting, or compliance purposes as required by applicable law (e.g., tax documentation). These records are securely stored and are not accessible or used for any other purpose.
These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany, excluding its conflict of law principles. If you access Parzero from outside Germany, you are responsible for ensuring compliance with all applicable local regulations.
In the event of any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms, the exclusive place of jurisdiction shall be Oberhausen, Germany, unless otherwise required by mandatory law. For non-commercial users (consumers) residing in the EU, local consumer protection laws may provide additional rights.
Before initiating legal action, both parties agree to first attempt an informal resolution by contacting support@parzero.ai. If no mutual agreement can be reached within 30 days, either party may pursue formal proceedings in the competent court.
Parzero operates globally and is accessible from different jurisdictions. Users are responsible for ensuring that the use of Parzero complies with the laws and data regulations of their respective countries. Use of the service in countries under active trade or technology restrictions (e.g., embargoed nations) is strictly prohibited.
These Terms of Service are provided in English for global accessibility. In case of any discrepancy between translations, the English version shall prevail.
Parzero reserves the right to update, modify, or replace any part of these Terms of Service at any time. When significant changes occur, we will notify users via email or through a visible notice on the Parzero dashboard. Your continued use of the platform after such updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
All changes take effect immediately upon publication unless otherwise stated. For material changes (e.g., subscription models, user rights), a 14-day advance notice will be provided to all active users. We recommend checking this page periodically to stay informed about updates.
It is your responsibility to review these Terms regularly. If you do not agree with any modifications, you must discontinue using the service and close your account before the changes take effect. Continued use after the effective date implies full acceptance.
