You may request a refund if one of the following conditions applies:
Technical Failure
If a paid conversion fails due to a system or AI error and the output is unusable, you are entitled to either a free re-conversion or a full refund of the used points or payment.
Duplicate Payment
If your account was charged twice for the same plan or package, the duplicate transaction will be automatically refunded via Stripe within 5 business days.
Unauthorized Charges
If you notice payments you didn't authorize, contact support immediately. After verification, we will refund the unauthorized transaction in full.
Subscription Upgrade Adjustments
When upgrading from one plan to a higher tier, Parzero automatically calculates pro-rata credits for unused time on the previous plan. These credits are automatically deducted from your next payment or refunded through Stripe.
